First and foremost your stand needs to be on brand so make sure you:
include your company's logo (and tagline)
use your brand's colour(s) and font(s)
choose images or icons consistent with your brand guide
2. KEY MESSAGE(S)
Make sure you include the key message(s) you want to communicate. You can do this with text, images, or a mixture or both, but make sure the message is loud and clear.
3. BOLD GRAPHICS
Choose bold graphics and eye catching imagery, especially if you don't have any other special attractions on your stand. You want something that stands out, that makes people stop and come say hi. After all, this is what it's all about - talking to people, making connections, networking.
Exhibitions and trade shows are about connecting with people so make sure your visitors will find it easy to connect with you and that you will find it easy to connect with them. There are several options to choose from and you may want to use more than one of them. Here are a few ideas:
